Assessing impact at women’s level
We define impact all tangible behavioural changes Penso a Te APS bring about through result-based activities.
As articulated in our vision of success for the entire organization we particularly look at the number (#) of women concluding successfully the SELF-Manage courses and the resulting degrees of change in terms of personal development and financial management attitudes and behaviours.
We also consider in terms of organizational impact the multiplier effect of the number of women trainers trained in the PTLA methodology and in the SELF-Manage basic course, capable of organizing courses independently in their community as volunteers.
